By popular demand we will organise a new masterclass series with Khalida in 2012. Classes will be held for 2 participants and up.

What are Masterclasses? They are a mix between semi-private coaching and workshops with specific on-demand themes, with optional feedback on dances and Q&A sessions.

Masterclasses are usually held on a Friday from 20:00-22:00h in Würselen, and dates are added on demand. Prices depend on the number of participants (see below).

When will it happen? The next Masterclass dates are Friday Jan 27th, Feb 17th, March 30st, April 27th, May 25th, June 29th and July 27th 2012. In August there will be a short break, after that Fall/Winter dates will be determined.

How does it work? A masterclass is a 2-hour semi-private class with minimum 2 and maximum 10 participants, which contains the following elements:
- warmup and technique polishing
- choice topics (we can do about 2-4 topics per date, email your wish topics and I will combine as best as possible)
- talk time (question and answer session with Khalida about anything dance related, optional)
- dance time (possibility to show your own dances, plus a chance to get personal and/or group feedback, also optional)
- cooldown

For who? Our masterclasses are for all dancers and dance students that have at least a few years of training under their belt and would like to improve their dancing in different ways. We offer lots of personal attention and advice on style/technique/specific subjects plus a chance to perform, exchange and/or receive feedback and tips in a small group setting if desired.

Prices?
Prices for the masterclass depend on how many people participate on a certain date. The price per person is lower as the number of participants goes up. A detailed rundown of the price system can be found below.

Masterclass prices for 2012:
  • 2 participants: 26 euro per hour per person, plus room rental (16E per hour);
  • 3 participants: 22 euro per hour per person, plus room rental (16E per hour);
  • 4-5 participants: 20 euro per hour per person, plus room rental (16E per hour);
  • 6-7 participants: 18 euro per hour per person, plus room rental (16E per hour)
  • 8-10 participants: 15 euro per hour per person, room rental INCLUDED;
