Beginners Basics - L1: For students new to the dance or students that want to freshen up
their basic knowledge
and technique
of any level. It contains a warmup, bellydance technique drills (arms/hands,
shimmies, hipdrops, cicles, figure eights etc etc..) as well as specific excercises for belly dance-related
muscle groups (and yes, that includes situps and planks
),
stretches and a cooldown
