Shipping and returns

Orders are shipped via DHL Germany. Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after receipt and take typically 2-4 days to arrive within Europe and 1-2 weeks elsewhere. Pre-ordered items are shipped as close to release date as possible. Shipping of DVDs and other lightweight merchandise is covered by a flat rate of €5.00, which includes shipping and handling fees. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer parcel tracking on our orders. Items found to be damaged or defective can be returned for refund.
